By accessing and ordering from Micro Draco Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Legal Age Requirement & Compliance

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, receivers, or handgun ammunition from Micro Draco Store. By placing an order, you certify that you are legally permitted under federal, state, and local laws to purchase and own the selected item(s).

2. Firearm Purchase & FFL Transfer

All firearms (including Micro Draco models and Draco Gold firearms) cannot be shipped directly to individual homes. Firearms must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). The buyer is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal to own in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

3. Background Checks & Fees

The buyer is responsible for completing all required ATF forms (e.g., Form 4473) and paying any local background check or transfer fees charged by their receiving FFL dealer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Micro Draco Store assumes no liability for product misuse, unauthorized modifications, or illegal possession. All firearms and tactical accessories must be handled strictly in accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines.
