Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Firearm Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Inspect your firearm thoroughly at your receiving FFL dealer BEFORE completing ATF Form 4473 and taking possession. Once a firearm is transferred into your possession, it CANNOT be returned to Micro Draco Store.

• If a defect or error is found at the FFL: Do NOT take possession. Leave the firearm with the FFL and contact us immediately at sales@microdraco.store. We will arrange a return and issue a replacement or full refund.
• Failed Background Check: Orders returned due to a failed background check or state compliance restriction are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping costs.

2. Accessories & Parts Returns

Unopened and unused accessories (rails, drum magazines, stocks, optics) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original factory packaging with all included components.
